7-DAY TEACHERS ATTITUDE CHALLENGE – DAY 2

Teachers Attitude Challenge Day 2

On a day like this – the second day of resumption – I see a lot of teachers complain about the return of noise, marking, spanking and other work-related activities. Don’t be one of them. It’s a new year, start with a new attitude.
Don’t let anyone drop their baggage with you. If anyone wants to inflict you with complaining attitude, tell him or her that this is better, it could be worse elsewhere. If he still persists, excuse yourself from him. Complaining is contagious and it spreads like wildfire.
Instead of complaining, count one to ten and ask yourself a few questions:

1. Is it really a problem to complain about?
2. If no, then why complaining.
3. If yes, is there something you can do to it?
4. If no, then why the complain?
5. If yes, why the complain then? Why not do what can be done about it?
CHALLENGE

Go all day without complaining about your work nor the academic performance of your students. Rather challenge yourself to be upbeat and see the opportunity to change someone’s life

Always remember that the more you complain, the more reason you will have to complain about.

Be Innovative.
